WHAT TYPE OF HAIR DO YOU OFFER?

Currently we specialize on selling only hand-tied & genius weft hair extensions.  Blended Hair Extensions are handmade with 100% high-quality Asian Remy human hair.

WHAT HAIR EXTENSIONS DO YOU SELL AND LENGTHS?

At this current time we only sell straight hied-tied & genius wefts available in full and half packs for 18” & 22” hair.  Click HERE to see what we have in stock.

DO YOU OFFER WAVY OR CURLY HAIR?

No.  Currently we only offer and specialize in making high-quality straight Remy human hair.

WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT OF STOCK OF AN ITEM?

We are always getting new shipments daily, and we don’t always have an exact date. To receive an email notification when your favorite items return to stock, please  CONTACT US  with what color and length you wanted. We will gladly email or text you back on details about when it will be available.

HOW MANY GRAMS & PIECES OF HAIR ARE IN A PACK OF HAND TIED WEFTS?

The Hand Tied Wefts are as followed:

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN FULL AND HALF PACKS OF HAND TIED WEFTS?

A half pack is half the price and contains half the grams per pack. You get 4 pieces instead of 8.

HOW DO I SELECT THE RIGHT COLOR?

We recommend ordering a Blended Hair Extensions Color Ring to sample each of the colors we offer.

You can also email us a picture of your hair in natural light by visiting our Contact Us page   

Attention: Please understand that we cannot guarantee any color matching via phone, email, text, or online. This is simply because colors may appear slightly different online and in photos due to lighting, screen resolution, and device you are using.

WHY DOES MY HAIR LOOK SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT FROM MY COLOR RING?

Our handtied Remy hair is 100% human hair and could be slightly different due to the unique colors we produce.  So we can’t guarantee a perfect color match, but it will be very similar.  If it is not something that will work for you please see our RETURN / EXCHANGE page to exchange your item.

HOW MUCH HAIR WILL I NEED TO ORDER?

On the Hand-Tied & Genius Weft Extensions we would recommend at least 1 pack to achieve fullness and length.

HOW AND WHERE CAN I BUY YOUR HAIR?

We only sell our hair online.  Visit our online store HERE. 

WILL YOUR STRAIGHT HAIR EXTENSIONS CHANGE OVER TIME?

When you start washing your hair you will start achieving a natural texture and curl.  

 

HOW SOON CAN I WASH MY HAIR AFTER MY EXTENSIONS ARE INSTALLED?

You can wash your hair right away. No need to wait.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I BE WASHING MY HAIR?

For our Hand Tied Wefts we recommend washing them every 3 days or less to obtain the best quality of hair.  We also recommend using a dry shampoo between washing days.

CAN YOUR EXTENSIONS BE LIGHTENED OR BLEACHED?

NO!  We absolutely recommend you never do this!  They have already been processed and will likely be totally ruined if you lighten or bleach them.  If you ordered an item and need a different color please refer to our Return / Exchange policy HERE

HOW LONG WILL MY HAIR EXTENSIONS LAST?

This can be 6-12 months, but that all depends on how you take care of your hair.  If you are constantly styling your hair, using hot tools daily and low-grade products it can be 6 months.  If you tend to be gentle with your hair, limit the use of hot tools and use high-end professional products for your hair they can definitely last up to 12 months or longer.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SLEEP WITH HAIR EXTENSIONS?

Yes we would recommend keeping your hair in a low and loose braid or ponytail to keep them from tangling while your sleeping.  It is also recommended to sleep with a silk pillowcase so it keeps your hair healthy and gorgeous.

CAN I SHARE MY HAIR ON YOUR INSTAGRAM?

Absolutely!  We would love to see you!  Please make sure you are using natural light and it’s a true color with no filters and NO TEXT on the images.  Tag us @blendedextensions and use the hashtag #blendedextensions and we will see you soon gorgeous!

WHO DO YOU USE FOR SHIPPING?

Currently we use the United States Postal Service ( USPS ) Priority Mail and Express Mail and we also use FedEx. We do not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIMES AND SHIPPING TERMS?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Tracking information is sent by email on the day the order is shipped. 

USPS PRIORITY 2-4 DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed by 10am MST will be processed the same business day.  Orders placed after 10am MST will be processed the following business day.  Most items should arrive within 2-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding holidays).

EXPRESS MAIL OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
**AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY**

Orders placed before 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following business day.  *Excluding holidays* Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following Monday.  *Excluding Holidays*

STANDARD SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

Most items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 7-11 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Laced Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

WHAT IF I ORDERED AN ITEM WITH THE WRONG ADDRESS?

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office we will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered items.  If you want to request a change of address it must be made by emailing us at our CONTACT PAGE prior to your order being shipped.

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process via an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must contact us at Here or call us immediately so the order can be corrected.  Otherwise, once the item is shipped, the customer must contact the shipping courier to have changes made.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the delivery of the item.

We are not responsible for any packages delayed by the shipping courier.

The shipping costs for order is deemed non-refundable.
