Returns | Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied or have ordered the wrong color, we are more than happy to offer you an exchange for a store credit.

*WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, ONLY EXCHANGES FOR IN-STORE CREDIT*

Exchanges must be made within 14 days of original purchase, must be unused, and in the original packaging.  If a product is used or a product is not in the original packaging it will not qualify to be exchanged. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Blended Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

HOW TO EXCHANGE FOR IN-STORE CREDIT:
Send us a email to info@blendedextensions.com and use **Credit + Original Order Number** for the subject of your email.
Once we receive this email, we will email a return label to the email address associated with the order. 


SHIPPING BACK YOUR ITEM:
Please include the paper invoice included in your original order.
Please use a standard, padded envelope to protect the item. (You are able to fold the packaging and place in a flat protected envelope) As a reminder, we cannot restock opened or damaged item and it will be returned at your expense.
Please print and attach the return label to the package.
Drop off the package at your local post office.


ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR ITEM:
You will receive an email from Blended Hair Extensions that your return has been received.
If the product is accepted for exchange, we will issue you an in-store credit in the form of an e-gift card for the amount you paid minus taxes and shipping charges. **We will contact you if there is an issue with the returned product**
You will receive an email with a code for the e-gift card, which can be applied towards any future purchases that are in stock.


PLEASE NOTE: ANY PRODUCT THAT HAS BEEN USED OR IS NOT IN IT’S ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH TAG WILL NOT BE RESTOCKED. IT WILL BE SENT BACK TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. BLENDED HAIR EXTENSIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PRODUCTS!

SHIPPING ISSUES

 

If you were shipped the wrong order or a defective item, please notify us immediately by visiting our Contact Page and using your order number of the item. We will immediately send you the corrected item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or defective item.  Shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.

 

COLOR MATCHING

 

Blended Hair Extensions are handmade with 100% high-quality Remy human hair and slight color variations are expected.  We do not guarantee perfect color consistency with each batch of hair.  If you find that the color is different than you expected please follow the return policy to make an exchange or an in-store credit. 

 

PROCESSING TIMES

 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays.  Tracking information is sent by email on the day the order is shipped.

 

USPS PRIORITY 2-4 DAY SHIPPING

 

Orders placed by 10am MST will be processed the same business day.  Orders placed after 10am MST will be processed the following business day.  Most items should arrive within 2-4 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email (excluding holidays).

 

FEDEX GROUND, 2DAY & OVERNIGHT SHIPPING
**AVAILABLE IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY**

 

Orders placed before 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following business day.  *Excluding holidays* Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm MST will be processed and shipped the following Monday.  *Excluding Holidays*

 

STANDARD SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL

 

Most items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 7-11 business days after the customer receives their tracking number via email.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

 

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Laced Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

 

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office we will not be held responsible for any lost or mis-delivered items.  If you want to request a change of address it must be made by emailing us at our CONTACT PAGE prior to your order being shipped.

 

If a customer error in the shipping address is made during the checkout process via an incorrect or incomplete address, customers must contact us at CONTACT PAGE or call us immediately so the order can be corrected.  Otherwise, once the item is shipped, the customer must contact the shipping courier to have changes made.

 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the delivery of the item.

 

We are not responsible for any packages delayed by the shipping courier.

 

The shipping costs for order is deemed non-refundable.
